Good price, nice little suites, clean outdoor pool, and the desk was helpful and courteous.

ACTUALLY I HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH THE OTHER STATEMENT. I AM CURRENTLY STAYING THERE LONG TERM AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I HAVE HAD EVER NEED TAKEN CARE OF BY THE FRONT DESK...I DON'T PLAN ON LEAVING ANYTIME SOON SORRY YOU HAD YOUR EXPERIENCE THAT YOU DID.

I am very likely to return to the Reservoir Motor Lodge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

People associate hotels with hospitality. Hospitality means being accomodating, courteous, and helpful. The front desk clerk failed to provide adequate customer service to my family. Patience is key when you are dealing with customers, especially paying custoners. I hope that someone really takes the time and read the message board. The bottom line, you treat others as you want someone to treat you and your family.
