33 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Pros :
- No great pros but nice courtyard
- Kitchen facilities
- Rather near to the main street (about 4 blocks) Calle 21 de Mayo. Actually, there are many 'Residencials' around this street.
- Surrounded by Arica's numerous trashy shopping centre - 'centro commercial'
Cons :
- Toilets are not good
- Too many rules pasted all over the Residencial
Dorms : 3500 Chilean Pesos (2003)
