It was a bit difficult to find. The service was good and the attendants were very friendly. But the room was very cold even after adjusting the thermostat.

It is convenient to friends, family and shopping and it is very efficiently staffed and operated. This has been consistent for multiple stays.

The layout was terrible, and the elevators very slow. I ended up taking the stairs most of the time. The staff was generally friendly, though a bit irritable (to be fair, they appeared to be overwhelmed).

It's a nice hotel with a friendly staff. But the restaurant service was seriously lacking. Dinner took two hours.

Although the hotel was in a decent location, it was incredibly hard to get to/find (but that's Westchester for you). It had a great staff and great rooms. It also had lovely surroundings. I would stay again!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were wonderful, the sheets/bedding were amazing. The room temperature was easily controlled and comfortable. The hotel itself was not too cold or hot.

Visually, it's a beautiful hotel with a landscape/view. But service was not good for the money. The requested refrigerator was not there on arrival. Feathered bedding was not replaced with non-allergenic materials as requested. Vending machines were not working; they want you to drink the $5 water in your room. Cable TV channels minimal. A false alarm went off very early in the morning; the staff didn't shut off, and they should have offered some freebie to make up for the inconvenience. There were not enough elevators, or large enough, for the amount of people, leading to long waits when people carried luggage. One good point was the late and easy check out.

The hotel had a very attentive staff. The facilities were excellent.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was smiling and greeted me. They would chat with me.

The hotel is a wonderful facility. It was very accommodating and the staff was lovely. Management took charge when the fire alarms went off; they kept all of us calm.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The room had quality towels and makeup mirror with adequate lighting.

It was comfortable for the business trip I was on.

My only criticism of the service was the housekeeping one of the weekend days. Our room was not cleaned until very late in the day and was not cleaned as completely as I would have expected. The desk staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I would warn tourists that there are no sidewalks in the area surrounding the hotel. This makes it necessary to drive or take a cab anywhere.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff at the front desk was very helpful -- especially one gentleman. He was always helpful when we had any questions. He was very accommodating when we requested a room near the elevator.

The location was a bit difficult to find. We got very turned around coming in, but that's more an issue with Westchester, NY than with the hotel. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, the facilities were great and the restaurants and bar were quite good.

It was a hotel, it was as expected.

I was surprised at how nice the inside was compared to what the outside looked like.

It was remotely location in White Plains. Without car, you must eat in the hotel. Prices are about 30% too high.
