It was very nice. The lemon water and peach jellybeans at front desk were very nice. There was an adjacent mall that had Jocks and Jill’s to eat and this was affordable.

It was a nice place. My room was extremely comfortable. We had a group rate, which was quite reasonable, but your mileage might vary.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was luxurious and there were almost too many pillows.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. One night we ordered room service and it was prompt, the food was hot and the beer was cold. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There was always something going on. One morning there was a jazz band playing and they were very good. Even if I was not formally invited to the event, I could still stand on the balcony and listen.

We did not receive the room that we reserved. We were to be on the Concierge Level; we did not receive that.

The hotel was in a good location for the event we attended. It had very comfortable amenities. Many shops, restaurants, and bars were nearby.

The clerk was a wonderful help in ironing out our reservation. But I wish they had non-feather pillows. I am allergic, and I didn't sleep very well. I stay there at least once a year, and I hate having to bring a pillow.

I went with my older brother and some friends to the AWA convention and had a great time. It's a beautiful place with many great things to offer. They did a wonderful job hosting AWA and I'm proud to have stayed there. It's right by the interstate, which is a great location if you're traveling.

While we were there, I remember a jazz band in the lobby, it was wonderful. I felt so wealthy, like I was somebody just because I got to be around people that are.

The area was beautiful, with a mall across the street. The staff was very accommodating and showed great hospitality. The hotel was well maintained and the food in the restaurants was excellent, especially the Sunday brunch.

I mostly travel with several other co-workers. I enjoyed my stay and would return, however had a lot of problems with my room key and getting an iron for my room.

The only issue we had was being placed in a smoking room when we had requested non-smoking. The desk was very prompt at getting us moved.
