Renaissance Toronto Airport Hotel Hotel - Page 1

This is a spacious hotel with lots of meeting rooms to accommodate almost any size of convention. My company has used this hotel twice now for our conventions and both times the staff have been VERY courteous and attentive to our needs and always willing to lend a hand or take a duty off your hands to make your event run smoother. As an attendee to these events, I found the checking to be quick and my room to be a good size in both the sleeping area and the bathroom! I found my room to be very clean and fairly quiet, all things being equal, since it is near the airport. It is not far from the highway for a quick drive into the downtown Toronto area for sightseeing and is a short and simple drive from the airport.

At arrival, there was no one at the front desk. We couldn’t find the clerk, so just waited in the lobby. The clerk arrived in 5 minutes, and check-in was quick.

Nice room, very clean. I loved the big bathroom and shower.

The business center is not much – it consists of some desks, one computer, and one printer. The computer was always in use, so I wasn’t able to check my flight information online like I planned. Local calls from the room phone cost $1.

The pool is medium-sized. The fitness center is small, with only a few machines and some weights. Both were empty when I looked in.

There is a free shuttle between the hotel and airport, but it only runs during the day. The shuttle wasn't available for my early morning departure.
