Our room was broken into at 4 in the morning. Management was anything but helpful or the least bit apologetic. The way that the room was broken into and escape route of the thief lead us, and the police to believe that it was a staff member who had committed the crime. There are no security cameras on the floor we were staying on, and the shifty security made us feel like it was somehow our fault. In talking to other staff members, we discovered that there had been a similar incident two weeks prior; HOWEVER it was not reported to the police because management will discourage you from calling the proper authorities. I would have felt safer in a room that rented by the hour.

It’s a large, well-run hotel. I was attending a convention for pleasure. Everything was satisfactory except for having to pay daily for WiFi access, which should have been free. I was annoyed and I used it only once.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was helpful, but not pushy. There was vending machines and ice on every floor. There was a separate living room.

We were in town for a wedding and found the hotel centrally located for our needs and the needs of the other guests. We would recommend this establishment to other family members and friends.

This hotel made me feel respected: Personnel were polite and accommodating with each request or question.

It's a very clean hotel with great front desk staff. I called for room service, but no one answered the phone so I had to go downstairs to the bar to order food. I had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone anywhere throughout the hotel.
