38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

A group of rowdy guests (teens) were intimidating members of my party and others trying to enjoy community facilities. The staff was unable to control the youths. Several families left the pool and patio due to the uncontrollable teens.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

35 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I loved this hotel - we are used to the 'Motel 6'-type hotel/motel. The service, accommodations, perks, etc were all outstanding - we had a wonderful time, and it didn't even feel like work while we were there.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because they have a gated parking lot, roving security, and someone watching valet every time went to my car - I never had to worry about someone jumping me.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is a great hotel, but it is an loud area.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because the beds were extremely comfortable. The lobby was also gorgeous.

The only problem I had with this hotel was when learned that I would be charged for parking! I've never stayed at a hotel where was charged to park there. I know the hotel was upscale, but it still seems insane to charge your own guests to park.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected there because I had what amounted to a 'stupid question,' yet they answered it cheerfully and in a friendly manner. It erased a good deal of my anxiety and gave me a good smile to boot.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

36 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I felt relaxed there because I was able to lounge around in the room and feel comfortable. Usually when stay in a hotel, I'm only there to sleep and usually feel like have to get out right away.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because the room was immaculate; the bathroom was spotless when we came back in the evening, the towels were nice, warm and fluffy. Just a great, relaxing trip.

This Renaissance hotel was undergoing some major work in the lobby and restaurants and the lounge and restaurant at the hotel were not up to what I expected.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because of the secure parking, doorman, and hotel security.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.

Although the hotel was wonderful overall, I was shocked to learn that had to pay a daily fee to park. Even if this were a major resort hotel, I wouldn't have expected such a ridiculous fee. You stay at a hotel, you should get parking free of charge.

This hotel made me feel important: It felt like a hotel that should have cost much, much more. I almost felt like was staying in a resort.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It took over an hour to be served in the dining area. It took 45 minutes to get a refill on our drinks. Our check took 45 minutes to get to us after we asked for it. I was not a happy person after this meal.

I ended up in St. Louis, en route from Alaska to New York, as a result of an airport closure during the NY blackout. Everyone involved at the hotel was just wonderful. It was like an oasis in the middle of the stressful journey.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected there because the hotel staff treated me with the utmost deference. It was lovely!
