The gym was closed for renovations. There were noisy neighbors and children. The elevators were not working well. The TV check out did not work.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is not the greatest. There are few restaurants close by. The hotel does offer a shuttle to some area restaurants, but not a good variety.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were cozy. The hotel was very clean.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

The staff is very friendly, anticipatory of needs, prompt, and well mannered. The room was very well appointed. The bed linens were exceptional and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and well stocked with ample plush towels. The only complaints were that the remote for the TV was very difficult and aggravating to use, and it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was well appointed. The concierge brought chocolates to the door of the room. Room service was prompt and exceptional.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Our stay at the Renaissance made me feel very pampered. I looked forward to going back every night of our vacation to relax and swim. Our family loved the indoor heated pool, and the outdoor pool was beautiful. Our room was very elegant and spotless. I requested a high floor on our reservation and we were put on the concierge floor. In this hotel that means there is a lounge on that floor with a continental breakfast, evening appetizers and drinks, and even cookies and milk at bedtime. The lounge is also open during the day and you have access to a computer and printer and a refrigerator with complimentary drinks. I went through the Marriot website for a price of $84.00 on the weekend. After the weekend it went up to $170.00 so I thought we would find another hotel after the first two nights, but when we inquired at the front desk the clerk told us we could stay another four nights at the same rate. This hotel is a good location for families wanting to explore St. Louis. Close to all highways, or you can take the shuttle to the metro and get an all day pass for $4.50. It is about a 30 minute drive to Six Flags. There are several fast food options close by but the only non fast food is Denny's which is across the street. As you can tell we had a great experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it!

The whole experience from beginning to end was first class and quite a pleasure. I have never been treated so well in all my travels.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The staff was very helpful suggesting places of interest to us in our free time. They showed us the least expensive way to travel and they made all the arrangements for us.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I reserved a room, but the hotel had no record of it. When I got home, I had a bill for two rooms. I have not resolved this problem to date.

The hotel has excellent location and service. The airport shuttle was on time, the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was more than we expected in all areas.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the big, fluffy bedding, the pillows, the comfortable beds and other seating.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.

The staff went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. They were so attentive, I was shocked.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged for parking at the end of my weekend stay. The breakfast buffet was good (a bit overpriced). The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the décor, it was updated and warm. Their room service was quick. The shuttle service is top notch (they didn't mind dropping me off at the car rental agency). They even acted surprised at receiving a tip. It’s an excellent hotel for the price I paid on Priceline. I will definitely return!

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance St Louis Hotel Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I have stayed at the Renaissance hotels for many years both for pleasure and business and I have always been treated well. They have the amenities I expect.

This hotel made me feel respected: I stayed on the concierge floor and they did their best to accommodate my wishes. I have never felt disrespected at any time.

The hotel has a good location, very comfortable beds and very clean rooms and bathrooms. Some annoying problems were with the toilet running incessantly and the close proximity to a service elevator that woke us several times during both nights of our stay. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is comfortable and pleasant, but a bit dated. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. But unruly guests were out of control in the pool's atrium and intimidating several families with small children.

I was disappointed (and shocked) to learn that I had to pay for parking at the hotel. Even at bigger resorts in Florida, I've never had to do that. Other than that fact, it was a wonderful stay.
