Renaissance St Louis Grand and Suites Hotel - Page 1

As a resident of a suburb of St. Louis I decided to try going to the Renaissance over Christmas. It was absolutley gorgeous, festive, and everyone was friendly. The entire hotel was decorated with golden deer, snow, and ribbons. There were several large christmas trees. I would recommend the resteraunt inside the hotel's christmas buffet. It was great and included yukon gold potatoes, fillet mignon, and scallops and shrimp they pan cooked infront of you. Plus it was not crowded at all.

This is a pretty hotel and that's the only nice thing I can say. Rude service, things not in the room that were assured we'd have. Also during check in it was a bad sign as another lady was asking for the number of another hotel.

We arrive with swimsuits in hand and ask for directions to the pool and get there it's out of service - could no one tell us that? I could go on and on.
