It was expensive to park the car, but aside from that, it was fine.

It is a very nice hotel in a good location.

Great views and location. A sleeper of a property. Good location and most of the rooms have great views of the Puget Sound.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. They were quick to offer assistance with an amazingly upbeat and helpful attitude. The location was great, very close to Pike Street Marketplace and other attractions. The staff was quick to offer help getting a cab and offering places to eat and visit. The room service was quick and very tasty, however it was very expensive. The selection of room service wasn't very extensive and it is only open until midnight.

This hotel made me feel important: The hotel staff was very attentive. I never had to wait more than a few rings in order to get an answer. I was greeted warmly and made to feel like I was a valued customer. Even with the smallest request the staff was eager to help which made me feel valued.

The location and comfort were good. The service was excellent. My advice is not to drive a very tall vehicle there as the garage is limited.

This hotel made me feel content: They were able to provide timely room service and able to quickly repair a TV reception problem and also connection with the internet.

It was well located in relation to attractions in the city. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The service was reasonable.

It has a great central location. We didn't use many of the hotel's facilities but it was my birthday and they forwarded a birthday card to me which had arrived after our stay. That was very kind!

It was close to the our cruise ship and public transportation. The staff was five-star, very helpful in giving directions. Then room was very clean. We would not hesitate in staying there again or in any Renaissance.
