Beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean with nice rooms and a great restaurant.

The hotel was beautiful. It was very clean and modern looking. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone made you feel right at home.

The layout was nice and there was plenty of room for the different seminars for our convention.

At a recent stay, the bellman dropped my notebook computer and cracked the case. Although I reported it immediately after inspecting it, and followed the 'Loss Prevention' reporting procedures, no investigation was conducted during my stay. After contacting their Legal department almost six weeks later, I was informed they still had not spoken with the bellman involved. Surprisingly however, I received a letter just a few days later stating their "investigation" concluded that they were not liable for any damages.

If you should have any personal property damaged by a representative of this (or any) hotel, contact the local Police and file a property damage report immediately, regardless of any "information" the hotel's 'Loss Prevention' department may offer.

It’s a beautiful new hotel in a good location. They served great food. They have a friendly front desk staff.

They were willing to go above and beyond normal duties.
