35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I am originally from Birmingham. I returned home with my wife, also from the area, with our 2two children. We were impressed from the very start. We have lodged here several times and received royal treatment from the time we stepped onto the property. This resort is unique and exquisite. It’s not for the faint of heart or traveling on a budget. It is a place where you can get lost and find yourself all in one excursion.

I was very impressed, I knew how the sight looked when there was nothing there. I was very impressed with the golf course as well.
This hotel made me feel pampered: Everything was above expectations.

It's very nice. We were there for a wedding that was put on by the pool and everything was well done. The reception was also well done in a very nice setting.

23 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross Bridge. The staff was very helpful. The room was wonderful and the service was great! The only thing we would have changed was to have them offer twenty four hours room service.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff made us feel at ease as soon as we pulled up the valet parking area. They really made us feel special. Once we got to the room it was perfect. The bed was most likely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The whole experience was wonderful.

41 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
It was a great place to stay. It’s out of the way, but close enough to drive to other locations for shopping. We had a breathtaking view. The bed was too high for handicapped guests, but great for others.
