Good
This was a nice hotel. I was there for a convention. Great View of Mobile Bay and rather plush accomodations. However, the food from room service tasted awful, but the servers were extremely courteous. Another downside was that most of the servers...

AC was good.Pricey.“Save your money it is not worth it, the loud trains every two hours. They need to invest in some insulation for the walls to. You can hear the people in the next rooms conversation. I will not stay there again...
33 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We ended our visit to the states in Mobile, Alabama. We decided to have a bit of luxury so we decided we would lodge there. The rooms were quite nice, lovely view of the muddy waters of the bay but dear the air conditioner simpy wasn't working. Help was not to be found and when it was we were told that high temps were the norm for Mobile and heat rises in large hotels! Bloody Hell I'm from Britian not Mars! I'm not daft and didn't like being treated like a tot.
I adored strolling the downtown area and we had a nice chicken sandi at a Tea spot. The food was yummy and dessert was rich and gooey. If I could go back to the Tea Spot I would return to the hot hotel. Loved Mobile and the people were all lovely but you can have the humidity! I couldn't breath proper at times.

Stay there for lots of good reasons but make sure you get a load of the carpet on your 'deck'. The restaurant needs some work - the menu is rather ambitious for Mobile and the service needs work. There are too many other good places to eat in...

This used to be an Adams Mark, but I came at the end of a long renovation, and you might as well say it is a brand new hotel. Even though it was not yet a Renaissance (soon to be) it had everything that Marriotts should have. Great service,...
77 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Having left a pair of shoes in the hotel on Wednesday, April 25th, it took me five days and five calls, one each day to finally learn the shoes were gone, disappeared forever. There is obviousily a fox in the henhouse there and the cleaning staff is not to be trusted. I'm sorry because the stay was otherwise very nice. I would not stay here again.

While front desk staff was very friendly, this hotel was a complete disaster. Many people in our group had problems with their reservations, elevators were out, management was unresponsive, and housekeeping quality was subpar. I travel fairly...
