The facility is excellent. The price was okay, but not what I would have paid if I was on my own. The food events were excellent also.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The greeters were in golf pants, the check in was very smooth and they put our bags in safekeeping until the room was ready.

The World Golf Village was an amazing place with great landscaping. Other than eating at a pricey Italian restaurant with small portions, I didn't spend much time outside of the hotel, as I was in conferences all day.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They have excellent customer service. The bellmen were extremely helpful. All hotel employees seemed genuinely happy with lots of alacrity.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bedroom was great. I loved the comfortable beds and the down pillows and comforter.

This hotel made me feel important: They made me feel that I was the only guest in the hotel.

The bed was like a brick. The sheets did not fit. The staff was aware of problem. This place is not up to Marriott standards; it was very uncomfortable.
