It was a wonderful location on Lake Lanier. The staff was very friendly. I only stay at Marriott owned or operated brands because of the high quality.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance PineIsle Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The wait staff was rude and my room was not ready when got there. The first room smelled like raw sewage, the second the hot tub leaked terribly and the third room had dirty sheets. Some quality control is definitely needed!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance PineIsle Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.
