It was a wonderful site for a meeting/tradeshow. The rooms were very nice as well. The hotel staff was very helpful.
This hotel made me feel welcome: As a conference planner, it was welcoming to sit down with all the staff to go over details. They provided food and drink at that meeting when they didn't have to.

I came close to complaining to the state hotel commission because they charged us an extra $10 for a service we did not use, and put this charge on our credit card after the final bill had been rendered and paid!
