We would like to return after all of the construction work is completed.

You can not moan about the construction work, as if they do not carry it out the hotel will never be of a higher standard. When that they do the work without minor disruption.

We are returning in June for our second visit. This hotel makes us feel very special and it's location to SeaWorld is excellent. It's a little bit of luxury.

The hotel was still undergoing renovations. The staff was wonderful. The condiments at the restaurant were frozen. That was our only problem.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was calm, courteous and friendly.

The bathroom was not very clean and the room air freshener smell was bad.

The lobby was all torn up due to twenty-one million dollar renovation. It should be fantastic when done.

The hotel was convenient to attractions. I got a lovely room, but I disliked the loud lobby construction.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of food. The room was very nice. Our only complaints were that we had a view of the Sea World parking lot and there were a few problems in communication.

The audio visual internal staff was largely uncooperative. The hotel misrepresented the construction status. The hotel was dirty, dusty and loud from construction. The hotel missed three wake up calls for me and many other conference attendees reported the same problem. The hotel did not notify me of an important shipment until three days after receipt.

Everyone at the resort was so efficient and friendly to all of us. We were certainly pleased with everyone there and all the service and the comfort.

This hotel made me feel content: We could rest completely and we were secure.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was more helpful than expected. Check in and check out were very easy and quick. I was sorry to hear the hotel would be remodeling the lobby to include the subway and other mall type shops. I think the original lobby was beautiful.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I needed an extension cord for a piece of medical equipment. The staff had someone bring the cord to my room in less than twenty minutes. I was very pleased.

The hotel is close to attractions, it offers good golf help and it is close to the airport.

It's in a great location, very comfortable, safe, and has great customer service.

It was a great location for the parks we attended. They had many extra amenities. It was very comfortable and clean. It had a really pretty central court area. It had a nice pool and hot tub area with snacks and a bar. The restaurant was awesome, especially the breakfast bar.

The Renaissance at Sea World was great. The staff and the room were excellent. We had a great view of Sea World and got to see and hear the Fireworks display from the comfort of our room. The food was excellent.

The hotel was very nice and the pool area was beautiful although I did not use it. They had a good bar and deli. I did not try the restaurant. The staff was very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The beds were wonderful. The staff was very accommodating. My requests were quickly granted. The food at the hotel was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been. There was dust and even a toenail in the corner of the floor under the skin.

This hotel made me feel welcome: From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The clerk at the desk was very polite and worked quickly to get us to our room. Everyone on the staff greeted us with a hello or Good Morning or Good Evening. I requested an extension cord for a piece of medical equipment and it was delivered to my room in a matter of minutes.
