59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Every few years I stay at the Renaissance. Nice hotel for OK City. No longer. An unknown member of housekeeping stole my watch, Rolex Daytona. The hotel said "we looked under the bed for it." and their insurance company said you will have to sue us for the damages. $14k watch. I've been a Marriott member for a long time and have a zillion points. No more Marriott. Period.

Horrible
Our daughter got sick and we wanted to leave in the middle of the night and they could not figure out how to check us out. Have you had a sick 2 year old trying to get home? It was terrible! The rooms are not much to brag about.
