The first night we were there they didn't have the proper 2 bedroom room that we were told we would have. They had to move us the next day into the correct room. The first night, we only had a queen-sized bed and a very uncomfortable roll-away.

Rack rate is too expensive for me, but my brother gives a deal for his miles.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Atmosphere was great. I also liked the friendly staff and the comfortable room.

This hotel made me feel secure: I have to take elevator to get to the lobby and elevator to get to your room. I felt that this was a secure facility. People that had no business there were less likely to get in.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very accommodating of our later check out. We also had a problem with our room, but it was taken care of very quickly and in a friendly manner.

I was with many of my classmates for a leadership trip to New York. Because there were many of us and we were trying to save money, we sent our snacks a week early. The hotel kept them there for us and had them in our sponsor's room when we arrived.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The facilities were very extravagant and the view was incredible. The interior design was very elegant and perfect.

I was very impressed.

This hotel made me feel entertained: A good selection of television channels was available.

This hotel made me feel content: They provided anything I needed. I was very nervous to be in New York for the first time in my life but they were very comforting. They did not treat me any different than any other customer even though I was just a back roads Idahoan!
