The standard room ranges from around $399 dollars single or double, with high speed internet, mini bar, and all rooms come accompanied by coffee makers. For the business executive on the go, the Executive Suite would suit them better. The rooms are 650 square feet and the living area is separate from the bedroom. Accommodated with a sofa bed for that extra guest, two bathrooms, two television, fax machine and high speed internet. The rooms are accented with beautiful French doors. The entire hotel is decorated in a modern day decor.
The Broadway/Theatre district is 1 to 6 blocks from the hotel. Beautiful Central Park is 11 blocks and the Emperor State Building is twelve blocks S.E. of the Renaissance Hotel. I enjoyed all that New York had to offer.
Hungry and want to eat? Foley's Fish house serves the best chicken strips, the thickest, zesty, steaks that melt in your mouth. And the fresh fish served daily is always tasty. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials at reasonable prices. Room service is available 11 to 6 p.m.
For the visitor who keeps in shape and wants to get an early workout, there's a 24 Hour Fitness in the hotel with a personal trainer and massage therapist on request to assist you while you are there.
The Renaissance hospitality is supreme and they treat their guest with that New York hospitality. You're in a four star hotel, according to AA but you get five star service. I had no complaints while I was there.
I enjoyed shopping, dinner, and I definitely look forward to my next visit.
