The greatest hotel I have ever been to. Its was so amazing. I went to my familys room then 5 minutes later they called and asked if ever thing was okay!

You have to stay there. Also eat at the resturant its got a great veiw of times square. It was so cool I couldnt order!

They inadequately handled false fire alarm directions. The restaurant was excellent.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance New York Hotel Times Square.
I might recommend it to friends.

I requested a lower floor. The check in desk staff had no knowledge of the request. The cleaning solution used was much too powerful and they used it every day. The air conditioner went from freezing to extremely hot. The maid service was excellent.

This hotel made me feel important: Great attention is paid to each individual guest.

I was very happy with the New York Renaissance Hotel. I had a very poor experience earlier this year at a Renaissance Hotel in Palm Springs, California.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The friendly, professional staff was a delight.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to most shows. It's also close to 'tour bus' areas if interested.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was wonderful. The stay was due to 'reward' points so I had no expense, but they made us feel as though we were full-paying customers.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance New York Hotel Times Square.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of everything, and across the street from Smilers, the best little NY deli in the world!

It has good service and very nice rooms: what more can I ask? Renaissance generally provides everything that a 'full service' hotel chain should, although not at bargain prices. If you want 'value for money' stay at Motel 6.

The standard room ranges from around $399 dollars single or double, with high speed internet, mini bar, and all rooms come accompanied by coffee makers. For the business executive on the go, the Executive Suite would suit them better. The rooms are 650 square feet and the living area is separate from the bedroom. Accommodated with a sofa bed for that extra guest, two bathrooms, two television, fax machine and high speed internet. The rooms are accented with beautiful French doors. The entire hotel is decorated in a modern day decor.

The Broadway/Theatre district is 1 to 6 blocks from the hotel. Beautiful Central Park is 11 blocks and the Emperor State Building is twelve blocks S.E. of the Renaissance Hotel. I enjoyed all that New York had to offer.

Hungry and want to eat? Foley's Fish house serves the best chicken strips, the thickest, zesty, steaks that melt in your mouth. And the fresh fish served daily is always tasty. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials at reasonable prices. Room service is available 11 to 6 p.m.

For the visitor who keeps in shape and wants to get an early workout, there's a 24 Hour Fitness in the hotel with a personal trainer and massage therapist on request to assist you while you are there.

The Renaissance hospitality is supreme and they treat their guest with that New York hospitality. You're in a four star hotel, according to AA but you get five star service. I had no complaints while I was there.

I enjoyed shopping, dinner, and I definitely look forward to my next visit.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance New York Hotel Times Square.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
