It was a bit old and not so fancy for the price. It seemed to have nice amenities. I liked the comfortable beds, but the pillows were not firm enough.

We were pleased with everything, especially the location! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do, such as the Ryman Auditorium, the First Center, and church.

I like the fact that the hotel is attached to the convention center where I was attending a conference.

I thought the people who worked there were very nice. The rooms were very comfortable.

Although there were some problems with our room when we arrived, the staff was helpful in repairing the situation. I was very pleased with the central location of the hotel. A walk of only one block put me on a street full of live music, food and fun.

This hotel made me feel secure: The area of town it was located in seemed like a very safe place and there were always staff people around to see who entered and exited.
