I made a reservation on the phone while traveling to the airport property, by the time I got there I was told, there was no reservation on record and there were no rooms available. This hapenned Saturday Oct 13th at 4:00PM. I gave them my credit card info , everything down to my DNA, only to be turned away when I got to the hotel. Does the Marriott reservation center not have updated info as to the properties they book. I feel really compromised as I gave lots of credit and personal info to the reservation agent and then NOTHING> Outrageous indeed...Never going back there.
