My only complaint would be that the mattress was terrible. It was lumpy in the middle and weak on the sides.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted with warm and smiling personnel, every one was very kind and helpful.

It has a great airport location, a wonderful decor, and great staff attitude. The front desk agent lied about the availability of the upgraded room type. The concierge lounge offers a great variety of food and drink options.

They sent a gift and chocolate to my room with a note apologizing for something I did not consider a problem at all. The room number was just transposed on my card, it was not a big deal to me but they were so thoughtful.

It's an excellent property. I stayed in a good room with very comfortable beds (we came home after staying there overnight last year and immediately bought a new 17' pillow top mattress like the hotel's new ones!). It's very convenient to LAX. They have a good restaurant, but absolutely lousy local cab service.
