55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

A light didn't work. Computer connection wasn't usable. No gift shop or other facility/vending machine to purchase aspirin.

I am not likely to return to the Renaissance M Street Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

25 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor and atmosphere were attractive and upscale but not at all gaudy.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance M Street Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
