This hotel made me feel pampered: Wyndham by request program provided fresh fruit, a soda drink, good music playing in the room. Very responsive staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Friendly staff and atmosphere, nice building, very well kept.

There wwere some things that were odd. There was water to drink, but it needed a bottle opener to open it which was not provided, the cash bar (which rarely use) was not stocked nor the fridge working. The menu was very limited for a vegetarian.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. I walked in dressed in jeans and a t-shirt and, being such a classy hotel, felt somewhat out of place. The staff, however, made me feel totally comfortable and very welcome. It was a great experience.

The hotel was fine. The only thing was not expecting was to pay for parking. That was very unexpected but the staff and all were very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

They didn't honor their travel program. The people were not friendly. The rooms need repair.
