This hotel could be a lot better. I completely understand renovations, however, for $345 a night, the phone, heater, or wireless service didn't work. There was no refrigerator in the room as advertised. The staff is friendly, but they seem to play stupid when you request something.

In preparation for becoming a Renaissance Hotel, this place needs a real overhaul. The price is too high for mediocrity!

I am not likely to return to the Renaissance M Street Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel was in the city, within walking distance to large site seeing destinations and only blocks away from two different Metro line stations. The parking was available at a reasonable rate. It was the best place to park and stay in the city, not twenty miles outside D.C.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance M Street Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was a great hotel. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I arrived late as I missed my connecting flight. The bellhop found a place near by in a walking distance to eat dinner at eleven PM. The housekeepers got more coffee for room machine, as I like my coffee very strong. Everyone was very friendly. The meeting rooms were great.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance M Street Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was great. The service was nice. However, the rooms had mold and made us very ill. It has a very nice lobby and friendly desk people.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greeted us right away with a smile. Every morning on our departure, they would ask us if they could be of any service.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance M Street Hotel.

The room was very small for the price; however, the location was very good. Most of the staff members were helpful. The exercise room was disappointing.

I disliked the location: it was not close to the convention center. Otherwise, I was satisfied and comfortable. Wyndham by Request offers free Internet.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about both the hotel and Washington DC The only disappointment was the restaurant. The service was extremely slow and not very accommodating.

I have stayed in Wyndham's in Atlanta and DC recently. In both cases, I was unimpressed with the facility. They seemed to be a step above Holiday Inn inside but a leap below Westin.

60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I was disappointed to be charged so much for parking and Internet services. I found that some things in the room didn't work, such as the outlet for the coffee machine. And the support bracket for the iron was placed too close to the shelf so the iron wouldn't fit in it. I would have preferred a well stocked refrigerator bar in the room and not to have things charged to my personal credit card that should have been charged to my corporate card. The desk had some trouble with printing out things from email. But overall, I had a good stay.
