Great decor. Great location. Clean and nice. They nickel and dime you a bit. We had a nice stay overall. The hotel is nice, service is good, and location was also great. We enjoyed the pool and gym area (although the gym was a bit too warm once you...
This place was definitely overpriced and not all that exciting. Certainly not somewhere to spend your time if you're looking for the resort feel. The pool is below average, the fitness center is lacking and the carpet in main lobby is hard to...

60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
A refrigerator was ordered but only ten existed for such a large hotel. I needed to ice my back four times a day and the room service would be busy with a full house, so I did not always get it when needed. The TV was wired wrong or broken and it required four calls to make it work. The location was wonderful and the staff was as helpful as they could be on a very busy weekend.
I am not used to such a level of service and it felt like I was the rich guy.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
