33 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It has a very good price for the services and quality of the room. I can't really say whether the billing was on par, as I have only visited once.
This hotel made me feel entertained: It was close to many activities.

The hotel overall was exceptional. The room was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying there and would do so in the future.
This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt like the Renaissance felt I was an important client. They made me feel like a VIP.

The rooms were very comfortable and they had nice bathroom fixtures, although the shower leaked. The restaurant was outstanding.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful, except that the room could have been cleaner.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was always asking what they could do for us. They made my teenagers feel very wanted, especially at check in, when they gave us olive shaped chocolates.

27 year old male with a shoestring budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the decor of both the hotel and the room, they were modern and felt clean and nice. I had a small problem with the fire alarm while I was there, but they fixed it after a short time. I felt comfortable and relaxed.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bedding was nice and soft. The staff made sure that everything was in the right place.

The restaurant is extremely slow in food preparation (45 minutes) which caused problems for me. I wrote a letter of complaint and never received an acknowledgement/response.

34 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business
The only problem I had was with my arrival and checking-in. There was a big mix-up for all people in my party (approximately 15) where the rooms weren't paid for in advance like they were suppose to. As it was after 11:00 PM, the sales people were not available to fix the problem. As I did have reservation and contact information available, the hotel staff allowed my party and me to stay the night until the sales staff arrived the next morning to correct the situation. Even though everything worked out fine in the end, it was very hard to deal with at the time. The staff was very helpful and I do appreciate it.

30 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The hotel was convenient to the monorail, but it would have been nicer to stay closer to the Strip. One day, the washcloths were not replaced in my room and I had to make two phone calls. The rooms were comfortable. But I don't think guests should have to pay for Internet service at the hotel business center.
