The place was very comfortable and convenient to areas in which we were interested. I would recommend it to others. They have a nice restaurant.

I felt the staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgably. The location of the hotel was somewhat hard to find. I was a little disappointed in the hours the lounge was open.

I liked how clean the halls and the rooms were. But I did not like how they where understaffed for check in.

Parking for SUV's is difficult, and they need a better marked entrance. But the hotel was fabulous.

The room service menu could be expanded a bit and made for late-arriving guests.

Business services (Internet access) were not available during the holiday week even though the hotel was hosting a group for a special event (Navy Football/Houston Bowl). The hotel staff, however, made a special effort to allow me to conduct my business online.
