Renaissance Houston Hotel

The front desk clerk was very rude to me. The toiletries in the bathroom were empty. We never got the towels we requested. The front desk attempted to charge $10 per car for us to park when the charge is $10 per room. To top it off, they charged me $100.09 extra for no reason, admitted their mistake, and have yet to return the money to my account. STAY AWAY!

The location of this hotel (we stayed here for a friend's wedding) is quite fun. There is a movie theater in the same complex. Plus there are good amenities if you are a business traveler (Fedex Kinkos in the plaza). Definitely worth the stay. Conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants, etc.

The location was ok. It was a little confusing getting into the parking area. In order to do anything, you do have to drive from the hotel. The rooms are very nice. The beds and the pillows are heavenly!

I stay in this hotel almost every time I go to Houston. It is very conveniently located close to our office there.

The place was very comfortable and convenient to areas in which we were interested. I would recommend it to others. They have a nice restaurant.
