The staff was very pleasant to all of my group and myself at all times. I wish to tell everyone who is going to LA to stay there!

There were many mistakes and bad experiences that could have been corrected... but weren't.

It was a very enjoyable stay at Renaissance Hollywood Hotel.

I had the feeling that the staff was there at my call and to see that I was happy throughout my stay.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I liked the location, the overall feeling, the ambiance.

The service was excellent, the room had a great view, I felt secure leaving the car in the parking garage, it was close to where we wanted to be.

This hotel made me feel content: I was there with my boyfriend, we had a nice time.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly and polite staff.

In addition to the above mentioned, the room service was excellent, the maids very nice, the valet was great, the front desk clerk was great. I set a high standard, and I was impressed.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I spent more time and money in the lobby lounge than usually, but the chef and everyone were so nice and friendly I felt like being extravagant! Also the pool was so nice and friendly that I spent more than 'my norm' on drinks and food.

Very pleasant, great room, great bed.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Large room, recognized by staff.

They gave me a smoking room when I requested non smoking, put me in a suite but that was smoking, all I wanted was a non smoking room, not a suite, so I had them switch me again!

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel itself--the vast lobby and the decor--made me feel this way, like I was a really rich person.

Wonderful...don't change a thing.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I appreciated the simple things such as recognizing me by the name when calling the valet, the room service or the front desk, the staff that was very attentive, there in a moment when needed and out of sight when not needed.

I must admit, I am a germophobe, and a hotel snob. The Renaissance was the first hotel I have ever stayed at, where the place was spotless. I will stay there every time I have business in the area, regardless of the cost, because I feel comfortable there.

This hotel made me feel secure: It is very centrally located, and it is easy to find. It was also easy to find my way around Hollywood from that location. It was only a mile from my business destination.

My husband and I got complimentary breakfast because the restaurant manager felt we waited too long for our food. Our food was served in an appropriate amount of time and we had no complaints, but they bought our breakfast anyway.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel was quiet and there were many nearby restaurants and shops. I didn't feel like I had to start the day early just to get somewhere. I could relax and take my time.

This hotel made me feel excited: The hotel's location and proximity to the Hollywood and Highlands complex made it such an exciting place to stay. It was also my first time in LA and it was so cool to see the Hollywood sign from the window and everything about the hotel was so fun.

The directions on where everything was is not done well. There are very few people around to help you.
