This hotel made me feel important: I was treated with respect and consideration, regardless of the other clientele.

I loved it! it was very clean and bright. The staff was very knowledgeable, especially the concierge. The hotel restaurant sirocco's was absolutely top notch. Every employee I saw said "hello" and smiled at me, as if was the only guest. It was fabulous.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was phenomenal. They were polite and friendly and it seemed they went out of their way to make it easy for me to work but also relax.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was so elegant, the first time I had stayed at a 4 star resort... And our room was overlooking the pool and mountains.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Very comfortable at check-in. The bags were brought to my room while I went to the pool bar for a drink. Nice, courteous staff.
