- The staff was really friendly
- The hotel was clean
- It was in a good location - out of the way of all the craziness on South Beach, but close enough to get there in 5 minutes - right on the beach - easy in & out for airport travel
- The hotel is an old icon that had tried to upgrade - some of it worked, some didn't
- This is more a family-oriented hotel
- The rooms were larger than normal
