28 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

Their reservations system was a mess. My initial experience with the reservations agent had been wonderful prior to my arrival. Although I loved the hotel I would hesitate to stay there again because of what appeared to be unethical and unorganized management.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Eden Roc Beach Resort and Spa.
I might recommend it to friends.
