We participated in the Colorado Sparkler (softball tournament)and we had to stay in hotels chosen for us by Triple Crown Sports. The hotel was very nice but was not suitable for our 6 day stay. The rooms did not include a refrigerator or microwave which would have been nice for storing food and reheating. The hotel did not include a free continental breakfast which is nice when you have a team on the go. Additionally there were only 2 washers and dryers for the entire hotel (400 rooms) which was very inconvenient when you are trying to wash team uniforms.
Called the hotel before reservation to confirm that renovations were complete, was told yes! Arrived at hotel to find that the indoor pool was closed. I have a young disabled son who cannot be in direct sunlight due to medications and I had called...

Excellent
My colleagues and I stayed here for a business trip in July. It was about a 20 min drive from the airport. The shuttle picks you up every 05 and 35 of the hour, which I found to be a little annoying. It was a short walk to the restaurants and...
It is amazing. The health club is very accessible and so is the pools and hot tubs. the room service is very kind and helpful. it is also across the street from a shopping mall.

The only thing that could have been done differently was the transportation from the airport. The airline had sent a huge plane full of people that were stuck in Denver to the Renaissance hotel and they were not prepared to take us to the hotel. Between twenty to thirty people were left standing out in the cold waiting for the shuttle. I am sure the airline had contacted them about the amount of people coming and I just wished they had been better prepared to serve us.
We had been on an airplane for about twenty hours at that point and it was nice to try to sleep in something other than the airplane seats.
I am not likely
to return to the Renaissance Denver Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was a pleasant hotel, recently renovated and redecorated. The lighting and the architecture that permitted much outdoor light to enter the public rooms were especially pleasing.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Renaissance Denver Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

I went for a business conference and everything was excellent. The only dislike was I asked for directions downtown and the desk staff could not give accurate directions to my destination.
The rooms, specifically the beds, were extremely comfortable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Renaissance Denver Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
