This hotel is amazing! Not just once, but twice. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month (May-June 07). Both experiences were outstanding. The staff is top of the line. They are friendly, outgoing, and professional in their interactions with customers, and each other. The rooms are roomy, and very well cared for. Amenities are a lovely addition. Very pleasant lobby area, with great bonus services available....free washer/dryers...in a clean, private area. Car rental on site. Great pool.

Best part: the staff!

The hotel seemed more rundown than during my previous stay. The hotel is still nice, though the location is poor.

I got caught in a snow storm and the employees went out of their way to make a very difficult situation more than pleasant.

The location is only ok due to the interstate. The room was dingier than it had been on a previous visit.

I disliked the slow service in the bar and the restaurant.

It was centrally located, but in an older, industrial area. There were no nice restaurants nearby. It was an older hotel, it needed some upgrading. It was rather expensive for the location and the condition of the hotel and the lack of surrounding amenities.

The hotel staff did not speak very good English, even at the front desk, so it was difficult to communicate. The bell hop was wonderful though, he spoke English very well and he assisted us in every way possible. The hotel is not in a bad part of Denver, but it is not exactly a tourist destination.

I chose the Renaissance because I felt good about the hotel and its services. The location was relatively handy for my needs.

This was a very nice hotel. I stayed in a very comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the kind of excellent service that I always expect and receive at a Renaissance Hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They gave me a quick and easy check in. The restaurant provided me with quick service for breakfast. The restaurant cooked a meal for me late in the evening at closing time after I returned late from work.

The location is good. There is a mall across the street. But the quality of the hotel is declining. The hallway was not cleaned for four days.

They did not have the right room for me. The desk staff was rude to me; they over-charged me for my stay and they charged for local calls.

The Renaissance Hotel in Denver was one of the most elegant hotels in which I have stayed. We were there for 8 days, had a balcony -- and loved it! Also, the food was gourmet and out of this world.

My stay was great, the staff was outstanding, they knew my needs before I had to ask. Friendliness and cleanliness abound everywhere.

The location was great and easy to get to my outside meetings.

The staff was beyond friendly and even though they had a huge conference in the city, they offered personal service.

This was an older hotel that is very well maintained. The staff was excellent and attentive and the food was spectacular.

This hotel made me feel respected: Each employee treated me as though was an important person. They remembered my name and where was going after my stay.

Lots of room to move around, staff was really nice and helpful, gift shop in loby, indoor outdoor pool.

This hotel made me feel secure: Had cards to unlock doors, staff knew who was staying there.
