Renaissance Denver Hotel

I loved the rooms, especially the King Size bed with the many, many pillows, and plush comforter. The mattress and bed was so comfortable. The bathrooms were a little small, but elegant. The Bell Hops were GREAT and professional!! Great shuttle service to and from the mall and airport.

Only one side of the elevators worked-too long a wait for the elevators. Renovations were in progress.

This hotel is amazing! Not just once, but twice. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month (May-June 07). Both experiences were outstanding. The staff is top of the line. They are friendly, outgoing, and professional in their interactions with customers, and each other. The rooms are roomy, and very well cared for. Amenities are a lovely addition. Very pleasant lobby area, with great bonus services available....free washer/dryers...in a clean, private area. Car rental on site. Great pool.

Best part: the staff!

It was a pleasant hotel, recently renovated and redecorated. The lighting and the architecture that permitted much outdoor light to enter the public rooms were especially pleasing.

I went for a business conference and everything was excellent. The only dislike was I asked for directions downtown and the desk staff could not give accurate directions to my destination.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms, specifically the beds, were extremely comfortable.

The only thing that could have been done differently was the transportation from the airport. The airline had sent a huge plane full of people that were stuck in Denver to the Renaissance hotel and they were not prepared to take us to the hotel. Between twenty to thirty people were left standing out in the cold waiting for the shuttle. I am sure the airline had contacted them about the amount of people coming and I just wished they had been better prepared to serve us.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We had been on an airplane for about twenty hours at that point and it was nice to try to sleep in something other than the airplane seats.
