59 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was centrally located and in walking distance for the show. The room temperature was too warm.

This hotel made me feel content: The ambiance was great. I felt safe.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

38 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

It was a luxurious hotel, right in the middle of downtown Cleveland. The bed was as comfortable as any I have ever slept in. The food was fantastic.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel was clean from top to bottom. There was plenty of hotel staff, willing to assist me in any way possible.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It's a good hotel. It has very comfortable beds.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.

38 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location is great, in Public Square, adjoined to Tower City with its shopping and dining. It is a beautiful, historic, and traditionally decorated hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the service was excellent. The only negative was that the workout center needs to be relocated and the machines need to be replaced.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

40 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The location was great, with so many restaurants, bars, stadiums and other sites in Cleveland within walking distance. It is also easy to get to from the airport, the local trains take you to Tower City, where the hotel is located.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
