I stayed here as the Ritz Carlton was full and it appeared to be a very nice hotel based on the kayak profile. It was quite possibly the worst business travel hotel I've ever stayed in. The room stank of lysol and the sheets were itchy. The in room dining wasn't too bad, however, the television was at least 20 years old and didn't work well. I switched rooms, but that stank as well. I sent off dry cleaning and paid for an express 'before noon' service. They didn't deliever it or seem to care that I was late for a meeting and I had to buy new clothes to attend my meeting and was over an hour late chasing down new gear. This hotel is poorly managed and hasn't been well kept. I couldn't believe they charged over $200 a night for a place like this. The rooms were large enough, however, they weren't kept to the standard one would expect from a semi decent hotel. I'll never stay here again.

I thought the room was small, and for the price I would have expected an in room coffee maker. We have stayed at many hotels in Cleveland and they at least provided that!
