I stayed here with a group of about 100 other students. The Renaissance North Shore has a beautiful, comfortable lobby, nice meeting spaces for larger groups, and a good location, right across from the highway where all the MetLife car insurance commercials were filmed. My room was very small, perhaps because I was with a group, but all the other amenities at this hotel made up for it.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

Only one of the bedside outlets worked. I had to choose between using the lamp or the alarm clock. I had to change my reservation from three nights to two nights. I called ahead to inform the hotel, I was told it was no problem, but I was initially billed for three nights.

This hotel is a renovated Sheraton - and if it weren't for the fact that I have family in the area, I would not have stayed there. I will not stay there again.
