45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I think that people staying in hotels should have the option to stay in rooms where they can smoke. No-smoking policies will keep me out of hotels that I'm paying for. Unfortunately, this was a business trip, so I was stuck going outside to smoke. It's a great hotel, but I wouldn't come back if I was paying unless I could smoke.
There was a lot going on at the hotel.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Renaissance Chicago Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
The room's are nice, living room, kitchen, bedroom. TV too small in bedroom. Bathroom: a tub shower in long hallway of a bathroom, very small area for applying makeup, heating curling iron, etc. Was ok for 1 night stay.
