They are the very best, especially the people.
The room not ready at 1500 hrs., I was not able to check in until after 1800 hrs. Several room appliances did not work (lamps, hair dryer, iron, Internet connection). Guest services did not respond kindly or in a timely manner.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They had first class service at the desk and restaurant.
I was only disappointed in the fact that you had to pay to park--$34.00/day--that's crazy when you are already paying $150 to stay the night there. Parking should be included.
I got a great deal through the radio shopping show and the hotel is elegant right in downtown Chicago. The price also included dinner for two and it was one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed.
This hotel made me feel content: I liked the size and quality of the rooms, as well as the friendliness of housekeeping.
The clerk gave us a room with a better view because I was disappointed that parking was not included. The view was excellent.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: It cost more than I expected from reservation, and parking was not included.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff went out of their way to serve us.
I didn't like the bathroom lighting, and there was no makeup mirror or robe.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The quality of the hotel made me feel like I was a sophisticated traveler.
