Great staff, and friendly. they went out of their way. Very nice breakfast buffet. My room had a great view of the mall and the city beyond. For going to a conference, the hotel was great. Internet only $9.95 and not the $15 or more at other hotels....

The hotel was okay, but I won't say at again. The service was okay, but I had problems with my room and was moved to another room which wasn't clean and then finally to another room. Things weren't labeled and the hotel's internet was terrible.

The Hyatt in Charlotte is just plane awsome. The rooms are very nice. The cigar smoking bar down stairs is an awsome way to wind down in the evening. The restaurants are to die for. Make sure to try the Krispy Kreme pudding!
If you are looking for afoardable luxury this is the place. The only real down side I found for the hotel was there was no wireless internet service offered.
Also if you stay there and want to grab some "fast food" rather than order the room service (which is pretty expensive) there are some very nice sandwich shops on the north side of the building. The can be reached through the lobby without having to go outside.
