Everything was very nice at this hotel except for one staff member. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. The room and amenities were nice.

This hotel is conveniently located to historic Charleston as well as beaches and other attractions. It is a wonderful hotel with many amenities, including being pet-friendly. The staff is just great! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and plan to return there ourselves.

The hotel is in a good location, but the beds were uncomfortable and the linens need to be updated. The towels were gray and the sheets were thin and torn. The employees are always willing to promptly fix any problem.

I was disappointed because I asked for two double beds, but when I arrived they only had a room with a king-sized bed available.

They did not have foam pillows or blankets that were not made with feather. I break out with feather. And they also did not have Q-tips. I have to go buy pillows (foams). But the front desk and bellmen were very friendly and helpful with directions.

There’s an excellent restaurant. It was a good location for us. They have convenient ‘self-parking’ facility.
