68 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I was not allowed into the room until after four o'clock or later. As an elite member, that was an unexpected inconvenience. They denied me the access to the members lounge.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location made the hotel easily accessible. All the facilities at the hotel were extremely well maintained and the staff was quick to adjust the temperature when needed.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The atmosphere was upscale. Having balconies on all the rooms open to the center was a very nice touch. There was no entertainment however and unlike Embassy suites, there was not a hospitality bar each evening. One of the things I like best about Embassy Suites.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was smaller than we were led to expect by the on-line photos. There was no nightlight and the bathroom sink leaked. The atrium is beautiful.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub were great.
