41 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I traveled to Asheville to attend a wedding. Upon arrival, the wedding party rooms were not available and the management did not feel distressed or anxious to remedy the situation in any way.

I am not likely to return to the Renaissance Asheville Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The recently remodeled rooms smelt causing breathing distress. The new wide screen TV malfunctioned.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Asheville Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

68 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We stayed in this hotel because of wedding arrangements. It was ok for the money but we would have preferred to stay elsewhere. However, it did meet our expectations. Negatives were that it was a bit further from the center of the town than the reservation agent implied and the directions to get to it by car from the interstate were just abysmal.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Asheville Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful rooms, in a beautiful town.

I am very likely to return to the Renaissance Asheville Hotel.

46 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The rooms were a nice size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom seemed a little small. We were disappointed that it was a totally non smoking hotel. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Renaissance Asheville Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
