We booked this hotel after looking at it on the internet and through a travel agent. When we checked in, they did not honor our reservation for a king bed and gave my husband and I 2 twins at a higher , which were not acceptable. Our kids had the same type of room at a lower price. Then they gave us a TINY room!!!!!! My husband could lay across the bed and have his feet touch the wall and his hands on the other wall. He is 6 feet tall. The shower / tub was 30 inches long and 18 inches wide. Only 2 towels, no wash cloths and every time we got addtional towels, the housekeeping staff would take them out of the room. We couldn't even open our suitcases and still walk to the bathroom. We sent laundry out and three days later we had to demand that it come back. It came back in a bag and WET as we were checking out of the hotel one day early as we could no longer tolerate this place. The desk staff was rude and were not helpful. Internet access was costly. Breakfast was "supposed" to be included in the room cahrge and it was not !!! Old bait and switch tactics !!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!!!!
