It was my first visit to London. We stayed a few days at the Hilton Green Park on some of my HiltonHonors points. Traveled by train to Paris for a few days and came back to London for a few days where we stayed at the Regent Palace.
The service was very poor. It took us forever to get our room. It was promised to be ready early and we had to wait all day for a room to open up. The hotel staff was not very friendly and did not go out of their way to help us find our way around...
