We all get that the renter of the room is responsible for their own guests. Is that to imply the establishment is not responsible for anything that happens there? Is your motto, "What happens in the Regency, stays in the Regency"?

Obviously not many care about our children. It is like fighting a war by myself. Minors can purchase alcohol, cigarettes, drugs and rent rooms as long as they have the cash. No questions asked because no one cares and no one has a conscience...

regarding the 2 instances below, the people who registered both times were carded and above 18. if we do not see or hear any complaints we have no reason to further investigate. we cannot control who that person brings with them. the person who registers for the room is responsible for guests.

Regency is, "the only way to go!". At least that's what all the minors who party & drink there say on their Facebooks & Myspaces', along with many pictures of all the "fun" they have at the Regency. Apparently this has been going on for a long time.

A quote from motel staff: "We just don't have enough eyes & ears to control this behavior". There are only 52 rooms! Are you serious? Your excuse is understaffing? Is that what you'll tell the judge when a minor dies there?

Are there enough eyes & ears to control theft, assault, etc.? Hmmm, I'd think twice about this one...

Staff turn their heads as minors come & go with alcohol. Was informed about this but didn't seem to care until threatened with lawyer...
