The room had bugs and was unclean. We actually reserved 5 rooms. Two of the rooms had severe complaints and concerns which was unnoticed until we returned from our convention and was getting ready for bed. I myself was bitten by bed bugs and actually saw bed bugs on the bed and was bitten on the ankle. I have pictures of my leg and also pictures of the bugs. I also have a picture of a spiders on the wall. The room 103 which was part of our group had roaches as well. We notified the receptionist who said he could not do anything or give us our money back so that we could go somewhere else. He told us we would have to talk to the manager the next morning. The 2 rooms which was 7 people left at 2:30 in the morning to go to another motel. We contacted the manager the morning of 9/13 who totally refused any problem whatsoever. All we wanted was our money back since we had to relocate to a clean motel. We will be contacting the BBB and the health department. We were also concerned about our safety which we spoke with the receptionist about. The room on the end unit from us was sitting outside with coolers of beer and also had a knife laying on the sidewalk.
